I am originally from Spokane, Washington and I basically grew up in the real estate business.  I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration Marketing and General Management in 1996 from Eastern Washington University.  While in college, I began the first ten years of my real estate career as an Escrow Officer/Real Estate Closer.  I became very familiar with all of the pertinent loan documents and it didn’t take long for me to understand the difference between a “good loan” and a “bad loan”.  This understanding inspired my next career move – to mortgage originating. 

 

My desire to make sure that every person received one of the “good loans” was overwhelming and I began working as a Mortgage Consultant for GE Capital Mortgage in January,1998.  I have been working as Mortgage Consultant ever since.  After GE Capital, I worked at Countrywide Home Loans for over two years, when I came to believe there had to be more options to help more people.  In February, 2005, I became a Mortgage Broker, where I have been able to realize my dream of a mortgage business where every client receives the personal attention and great mortgage deal they deserve.  As a Mortgage Broker, I have access to a wide variety of loan programs across a number of different banks. I know that there is not a “one size fits all” mortgage product and work hard to close the right loan for each individual! 

 

When I am not working, my life is filled with love and laughter with my husband and my three great kids, Rob, Emily and Larissa.  I also love travelling, camping, hiking, baking, reading and cheering for the Cardinals, Diamondbacks and the Phoenix Suns!
