Tammy Fiske-Schulze

Tammy is originally from Spokane, Washington where she grew up in the real estate business.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 1996 from Eastern Washington University.  While in college, she began the first ten years of her real estate career as an Escrow Officer/Real Estate Closer.  She became very familiar with all of the pertinent loan documents and it didn’t take long for her to understand the difference between a “good loan” and a “bad loan”.  This understanding inspired her next career move – to mortgage originating. 

Tammy’s desire to make sure that every person received one of the “good loans” overwhelmed her.  She began working as a Mortgage Consultant for GE Capital Mortgage in January, 1998 and has been consulting ever since. 

In 2005, Tammy met her business partner, Bill Schulze, and immediately recognized that they shared the same values.  Together, they have realized their dream of a mortgage business where every client receives the personal attention and great mortgage deal they deserve. They know that there is not a “one size fits all” mortgage product and they take a personal interest in each client.  They will not give up until they close the right loan for each individual! 

When she is not working, Tammy’s life is filled with love and laughter and her three beautiful children, Robbie (8), Emily (5) and Larissa (4).  She also loves travelling, camping, hiking, baking, reading and cheering for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Phoenix Suns!
