Michael Hays

Michael began his career in the mortgage industry in 1996, and has been with The Advantage Mortgage Group since 2001. He keeps all parties in the transaction up to date regarding the status of the file, and consequently, referrals form the majority of his business. Excellence in customer service is Michael’s primary goal, as it is with everyone at The Advantage Mortgage Group.

A graduate of Jackson Central-Merry High School in Jackson, Tennessee, Michael went on to earn a B.A. in English Literature at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. He originally moved to the valley in 1992, and considers Phoenix his lifelong home. Michael has two young sons, Jackson and Hudson. Michael enjoys tennis, swimming, golf and spending time with his close friends and family.
